Може ли да се чака специално закона да каже , какво трябва за общата безопасност . Дата кога започва зимата се търси . Когато температурите започнат да падат до или под 7 градуса , това е преломния момент в Европа . От там нататък се кара със зимни гуми . От това се получава - безопасност за нас самите и околните . Избягване глоба за липса на зимни гуми , и отказ на застрахователя да плати евентуални щети при птп. И за това не считам че е необходим закон , който да ме принуждава да го правя .

Не бе, сменям си гумите,вече съм сложил 4зимни, нови, но въпроса е друг.
То е редно зимата да се забранят в сняг да се карат бели коли. Много закони и закончета станаха и хората вече не ги спазват.

Не във всички, но в повечето. Там, където вали сняг зимата.

За турските тирове ще важи ли?

Тировете карат с всесезонни. Включително турските.

В момента съм с Дуратраци на една година и не съм доволен от поведението им зимно време. Признавам, че миналата есен се поведох по хвалебствията изписани тук за тях и ги купих. Когато споделих с двама руски "джипери", единият с Чероки 4.0 литра а другият с ГЧ 5.9, с какво ще карам зимата, те задружно отговориха, че съм луд за връзване и сам си слагам главата в торбата. В техните среди Дуратрака се приема за чисто ЛЯТНА гума. Сега мисля да взема 4 чисто зимни гуми, за да съм поне на теория с изпълнени мероприятия за активна зимна безопасност.

Има и поощрителен бонус за по твърдоглавите , глоби от 80 до 300 евро . Това по Европа , отделно и застраховката не важи .

Не във всички. В южните като Гърция, Кипър, Италия, Испания и т.н., а също във Англия, Холандия няма такива изисквания. Тами да намериш да купиш зимни гуми е проблем, няма!

У Швеция така например няма задължителни зимни гуми, независимо кво показва твоята картинка

Може и да има изключения , но по голямата част си има закон за зимните гуми . И да разбирам ли че сте против зимните гуми .Тогава няма смисъл да се коментира въобще . Начина ти на обръщение не ми се нрави , може да се постараеш малко .

Ми не. Пише че полицията решава дали има сняг и ако е решила трябва да си с гуми.
Което е различно от това да задължиш хората в Сандански да си сложат зимни гуми на 1 ноември

Winter Tyre Obligation in Europe

In some European countries winter tyres are obligatory under certain conditions, that are mostly related to the weather conditions or a specific period. While there are no legal requirements on these issues in countries like Albania or Malta, in countries like Germany driving without winter tyres is punishable. So you should check the rules just before the winter holidays. In some places, winter tyres are bound to speed limits, elsewhere snow chains may not be used. Basically we can say, that countries with a lot of snow and high mountains have stricter rules as those in Southern Europe for example. But also Poland, the Netherlands and Ireland have no winter tyre obligation and spike tyres are even forbidden here. Because there are many exceptions and the rules differ from country to country, we have summarized the winter tyre obligation and regulations for snow chains and spike tyres for you. Albania None None None Belgium No legal obligation Allowed on snow- or ice-covered roads. Allowed between 1st November and 31st March for coaches and vehicles with up to 3.5 t (and trailers); assembling on all tyres mandatory. Speed limit 90 km/h (56 mph) (motorway / dual carriageway), resp. 60 km/h (37 mph) (all other roads); decal at the rear with speed "60" mandatory. Bosnia-Herzegovina Obligation between 15th November an 15th April. M+S tyres / winter tyres have to be assembled at least at the drive wheels. Allowed Disallowed Bulgaria Situational winter tyre obligation at winterly weather conditions (ice, snow). Obligation doesn't apply for vehicles licensed abroad. On certain routes vehicles with spike tyres have to obtain an extra ticket, driving without the ticket carries a fine of ca. 97 €. Austria Winter tyre obligation from 1st November to 15th April for vehicles with up to 3.5 t and winterly road conditions. M+S tyres at all wheels or carrying along snow chains for the drive wheels at least. Heavy vehicles needs winter tyres for the drive wheels at least (minimum tread depth: 6 mm). Fine for offences: 35 €resp. up to 5.000 €for endangering road traffic. Allowed and usage can be obligatory for vehicles with up to 3.5 t without winter tyres from 1st November to 15th April at snow / ice. Recommended speed limit of 50 km/h (31 mph). Allowed between 1st October and 31st May for vehicles with up to 3.5 t; Spike tyre assembly at all wheels mandatory. Именно. Задължителни са само при зимни пътни условия. Да не повЕрва човек, то и у нас ще бъде така, когато някога приемат закона.

П.С. у немечко глобата без зимни гуми в зимни условия е 60 евро, ако си попречил на движението 80 евро. Ако треснеш някого застрахователят пише съ-вина и работата отива дебела.
