Itinerary

1. Friday 30th July
   • Collect the day's Roadbook from Wildrovers, Momin sbor, any time from 12:00 onwards.
   • Follow the route to Motocamp Doug, Idilevo. If you are not able to get to Momin sbor on Friday night, or are too late to drive the route, you can go straight to the Motocamp.
   • Enjoy a relaxing evening with likeminded friends and a beer.
   
   
2. Saturday 31st July
   • Collect the day's Roadbook from the Motocamp bar.
   • Drive via the Extreme or Tourist route. Late in the afternoon, you will arrive back at the Motocamp.
   • Party with Buffet meal and Raffle (total value of prizes is worth a minimum of 500 leva).
   
   
3. Sunday 1st August
   • There is the option of driving some off-road sections near the Motocamp until lunchtime.
   
   

Information

You do not need to pay until you collect your roadbook (though you can pay in advance). But if you can send us your entry form as soon as possible, we will be able to make plans for the right number of people. It can be typed and e-mailed back to info@wildrovers.eu to be signed when you arrive, or printed and posted to Chris, Wildrovers, 164 Momin sbor, Veliko Turnovo, Bulgaria 5067.
Cost of entry:-

For Driver - 30 leva. Roadbook, camping accommodation, buffet meal and one drink on Saturday night, goody bag, raffle tickets and a voucher for 10% discount off your next purchase from Wildrovers (until 31st December 2010, excludes all other promotions). There is no discount for missing one of the days.
For Passenger - 10 leva. Camping, buffet meal and one drink on Saturday night.

Motocamp

You can bring your own food and drink, or buy them from the bar. A small number of shared rooms are available. If you would like to book a room, please contact the Motocamp, telephone number 0888 84 02 55 or 0888 46 65 85 or e-mail Motocampbg@yahoo.com. The bar menu and prices will be posted here shortly.

Requirements

1. All vehicles must be roadworthy and road legal, as part of the route is on public highways.
2. Vehicles will need a working trip meter. A GPS or Tripmaster is not necessary, but can be used if you have them. If you do not, a compass will be helpful.
3. Vehicles must have recovery points at the front and rear.
4. The Extreme participants must have mud terrain tyres. For the Tourist participants, all terrain tyres are recommended.

Rules

1. Participants absolve the organisers from any responsibility for actions caused by other participants, mechanical failure or other events outside the control of the organisers.
2. This is not a race or a competition. Road regulations must be obeyed at all times.
3. The event is not suitable for spectators.

Request from the Organisers: We have seen that in the UK, off-roaders have become very unpopular because of the stupid actions of a few people, and off-roading is now almost banned there. In Bulgaria, it was a pleasant surprise to see farmers, hikers and cyclists smile and wave at off-roaders. So that everyone remains happy to see us enjoying our sport, we ask that you be considerate to any non-participants you meet, please do not destroy property or frighten animals, and take your rubbish away with you. Thank you.
