1. ENTRIES
Entries must be made on the official entry form and sent to the Secretariat of the meeting,
All entries must be received by 4 June 2010. Subject to entry limit of riders. All riders not affiliated to the promoting FMN must have their entry endorsed by their own FMN.
Entry fee: 100 EUR.
The fee can be paid by cash during the administrative inscription.
2. TECHNICAL CONTROL AND REGISTRATION
The riders must have following documents with themselves to be presented to the Secretary of the meeting: the valid Licence of UEM or FIM for participation to the events, driver’s licence, permit of their own federation and documents of their motorcycles (registration card, international insurance certificate – green card). Intrinsic parts will be marked in accordance with Art. 062.23.1. A noise test will be carried out in accordance with the Technical Rules. The riders must show the helmet(s) at the technical inspections. Registration/Inspections: from 14.00 to 19.00 pm on 11 June 2009 in the front of Sport Hotel Mavrovo.
3. STARTING ORDER
The starting order will be in conformity with Art. 01.22.
4. COURSE
FIRST DAY: start at 10 am.
The course for the first day shall consist of 4 laps of a 35 km course which will include 2 time checks/lap. There will be a total 4 MX tests/2.000m, 4 Enduro tests/2.500m.
SECOND DAY: start at 10 am.
The course for the first day shall consist of 4 laps of a 35 km course which will include 2 time checks/lap. There will be a total 4 MX tests/2.000m, 4 Enduro tests/2.500m.
The location and length of each test shall be displayed from 11 June 2009 at 10.00 am.
5. ASSESSMENT OF PERFORMANCE
Penalties to be in accordance with Art 01.64 and 01.46.2.
6. HEADQUARTERS AND INTERNATIONAL JURY MEETINGS
The headquarters for the event will be at the Sport Hotel Mavrovo and the office will be open from 10.00 am on 11 June 2010.
The first Jury meetings will be held from 20.00 on 11 June 2010. Subsequent Jury meetings will be at times decides by the Jury President and these times will be displayed.
7. AWARDS
Awards will be presented to the first three riders placed in each class and category.
8. PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY
The Prize-Giving Ceremony will take place the in the front of Sport Hotel Mavrovo from 17.00 on 13 June 2010.
