The “Northern Greece 4WD Club”, having the experience of the last four years, organizes a four-day’s adventure trophy, which will be carried out at 18-19-20-21 of November 2010. The Trophy will be official and under the permission of ELPA and ETHEA.
It will be a spectacular adventure trophy, for teams of two cars, in separate groups. The cars must be 4X4’s and prepared to respond to the difficult trophy’s conditions. Each car must have a crew of two persons, the pilot and the copilot-navigator. Both persons must have official driving license, for at least one year. Each car must have green card.
The trophy will take place in highly rough terrain. The navigation will be by road book, through the simple stages, and through the Special Stages that the teams will have to cross.
First day (Thursday 18/11/2010), trophy has two Special Stages (SS) of trial that will set the starting order. This SS will count in the final results.
Second day (Friday 19/11/2010), trophy includes 100 klm simple stage at a very hard terrain.
Third day (Saturday 20/11/2010), it’s the same with second day. Simple stage 80 klm at a very hard terrain.
The last day (Sunday 21/11/2010) there is a very hard SS.
After that there will be final results and prize giving, and then all teams will begin the journey back home.
Team’s starting order will be set from the 1st SS of Thursday (18/11/2010).
The next days the starting order will be set from the ranking of the previous day.
The participation cost is 250€ per person. This includes:
a. The participation in the trophy.
b. Three overnights stay with breakfast and dinner in hotel (Thursday, Friday and Saturday). For more nights contact with organizers.
c. Insurance.
d. Medical Support.
e. Road Book and Sporting Facilities.
f. Vehicle Recovery.
g. Sandwiches and water during the four – days of trophy.
h. A medallion for everyone, to remember the race.
Any racer without a racing license can get one in the secretary of the trophy, on Thursday morning. The racing license costs 20€ per person.
For the support team cost is 100€ per person and includes:
a. Three overnights stay with breakfast and dinner in hotel (Thursday, Friday and Saturday). For more nights contact with organizers.
b. Medical Support.
c. Road Book.
The participation registrations become by the following procedure:

About the payment, you have to deposit the amount to the Agricultural Bank in the number: IBAN GR1604303270004280101080488, name of beneficiary Bogiatzis Xristos and you have to send the receipt to the fax +302310329069.
Registrations that will not have the receipt from the bank will not be accepted.

-Three-point (or more than three-point) seat belts
-Helmet approved type for pilot and copilot
-Fire extinguisher based on regulation
-First-aid box
-CB, at least one for each car or an other type communication apparatus
-One winch in each car
-Compass
-Blanket for the winch cable
-Tree strap
-Big rope for towing
-Inside-car lighting for night navigation

-Chains
-Ropes, more that one
-Shackles
-Shovel – Axe
-High Lift – air jack
-Anchor – Ladders
Anything that it will help the crossing of difficult obstacles on the mountain.
